When the 3,400-member community of Fraser Valley Realtors watched a handful of Realtors earn a profile for what they did wrong, they pressed the Board to do something to inspire a greater level of professional conduct among their colleagues.
Working with the professional standards and business practices leadership, we created a 12-week online RESPECT campaign with targeted content that included stories, tell-alls, graphics, surveys, polls, prizes and social engagement that was fully embraced by the membership who told us they were so inspired by the campaign, they wanted it repeated every year.
